Tokyo - ときょ

My flight to Tokyo was with Aeroflot who, incidentally and oddly, never bothered to change their logo. Communist hammer and sickle are still operative.

First impressions of the streets of Tokyo. This is close to where I m staying...

Outdoor signage is a trip...

Tommy Lee Jones be the boss here...

Below is my favorite. She's really stuffing her face...To the point that whatever she's saying about this piece of chicken calls for her eyes to be hidden for anonymity... ...

Tokyo by night, view from the Metropolitan government

And a very sad smoker's room... People still smoke here, including in restaurants and bars!

Pop Art has gone fully 360 degrees as per this figurine of Andy Warhol: Commercial product based on the art movement based on commercial products…

 Wishes at the temple...

Lockers:Hadn’t seen any of those in a long time…Makes terrorists’ job too easy…

BIG city... Goes on forever...

 Jello peaches or something...

Best cup of coffee I ve had in a while

Iconic Shinbuya crossing

About crossing the street... Nobody jaywalks here, even if there's no trafficThere'll just wait for the light to change (it also starts chirping at you). As a NewYorker, where the only rule is don’t get hit by traffic, this is heretic behavior...
